Eight years ago, Shelly became a licensed realtor, and they are having the time of their lives working together. Whether you're wanting to sell your home or buy a home, they pride themselves in giving you 200%! It is important when selling that you know exactly what your realtor can and will provide for you. They hire a professional photographer at their expense to take pictures of your home inside and out. Their photographer also has drone capability which has enhanced many of their listings. They market extensively online and in numerous publications, again all at their expense. They hold broker open houses as well as public open houses. Even with all the modern technology, they still feel it is important to give that "human" touch. Shelly personally puts together every virtual tour, each one individually capturing what you, the seller, loves about your home. They promise to make your selling or buying experience as stress free as possible.
They were both born and raised in Spokane and know the area very, very well. Shelly and Steve have been blessed with four children, Marshall 33, Mitchell 31, Makenzie 29, and Taylor 27. Patiently waiting for grandchildren. They have their animals too. Two retired Thoroughbred gelding racehorses. Easy Going Cecil is now 17 years old, and Jack the Pirate is 12 years old. They have had both of them since they were five years old. They love being able to give them a place to live, knowing they're safe after coming off the racetrack. They have a two-year-old rescue kitten named Keeks. She was one pound, two ounces when we rescued her from behind a dumpster. The newest love of their life is their new Golden Retriever puppy Mookie! They have had her since she was seven weeks old, and she is now seven months old! She is, yes, named after Mookie Betts with the Dodgers. I'm pretty sure she is in first place in her husband's heart and Shelly is a close second!
