We are very appreciative of the excellent service Shelly provided, both on a personal and on a professional level. I called on Shelly with questions and concerns frequently, she was always available. I'm someone who needs to know not only "what" but also "why?". Shelly was patient and she understood my need to know the background of all the transactions. She is very knowledgeable about the market and knew what our target price should be to get the most value out of our beloved home. Her personal care and dedication in helping us through the difficult process (difficult only on a personal level, selling the home we lived in and lived for so many years) meant the world to me.
