About Shelly
In 2012, Shelly began spending much of her personal time in Lake Arrowhead; naturally, she fell in love with it! This extended period spent in this area became a nostalgic reflection of her childhood growing up in New York's famed upstate Hudson Valley, and it was this unique experience embracing the beauty of the mountain that soon served as the catalyst to embark on a career in Real Estate in Lake Arrowhead.
Shelly soon discovered that many home buyers who happily settled into their primary city homes with the everyday hustle and bustle of life also had the desire for a second property that could be utilized as either a weekend vacation retreat or an income property, or both; she bridged that gap and understood the caveats and nuances of achieving that goal.
Because Shelly spent much of her formidable career in the Entertainment Industry producing Live Events for some of the leading nonprofit organizations in Los Angeles, working with many notables and people of celebrity, she understood the profound balance of privacy but getting the job done to satisfy the many objectives.
She approached her career in Real Estate much with the same ideology as Live Event production: time was of the absolute essence, there was no second chance at "Live," so she had to get it right the first time; and, every problem had a solution, she just had to find it.
As an agent and part of an astute team, Shelly endeavored to bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and bench strength to buying and selling Real Estate. Her practice was built primarily around residential Real Estate sales and purchases both in the Mountain and San Fernando areas for first-time homebuyers and the seasoned professional. Her extensive background in production gave her a natural edge in creating and directing highly effective media tools for her listing clients. Additionally, her continued expansion of knowledge, networking, and activism was used skillfully to negotiate deals, to educate clients, and to help navigate through each property transaction.
Shelly's clients, friends, and professionals who knew her understood the passion and dedication she brought to everything she did, and she promised to do the same for her clients.
