Sheralyn is incredible! She actually sold both of my best friends their first homes so I knew I’d be in good hands with her. My husband & I were first time home buyers. Sheralyn found us our dream home so quickly because she works so hard and is so determined! We told her we wanted to start looking early and she immediately started taking us to houses to tour. In less than a month, she found us our dream home! She made the process so seamless and was so great about communicating and helping us learn everything since we were clueless. I have recommended her to all my friends, I couldn’t imagine having worked with anyone else. She will get you what you want and fight for you! We love her!

Contacted McVeigh Properties in a desperate effort to find a very specific and last minute HB rental. Not only was Sheralyn the sweetest and listened to exactly what I was looking for but she delivered in a big way! Providing not one but several options and finding THE ONE we were looking for. She went above and beyond to facilitate all documents needed, work with the owners rep to answer questions, and make sure we had everything we needed to secure the property. I never would have thought a random google search would lead me to the best agent in all of Huntington Beach! She listened to how I wanted to approach the sale, she was kind, patient and very empathetic, and brought the buyers too! I had an offer within 12 hours of signing with her.

Leave it to a Pro to make it seem easy and boring.

That’s how all real estate transactions should be boring…working with Sheralyn was a breeze. With enough excitement in our lives and buying a property, boring is the benefit of working with a Pro.

No surprises and seamless integration of all the moving parts. Consider this, as individuals, we may enter only a handful of real estate transactions in our lifetimes. The benefit of working with Sheralyn as a professional — she enters multiple transactions a month as a professional and develops best practices of the current market. As her clients, we benefited from her professional understanding of the current market. For us, she managed the “workflow calendar” from bid to close to any after-the-close odds and ends. She also managed/guided us, as the buyers. I flew 200,000 miles in 2022. From the time of the offer to close, I was unavailable, in person, much of the time. Somehow, she made all the moving parts come together. She made it look easy and boring for our family.

Boring is not how I’d describe Sherlyn’s enthusiasm for her clients…but boring is her clients’ benefit of her best practices as professional.

Where do we start? Sheralyn is the best! Period. She knows selling your house is life changing and she was there to walk us through it step by step. She is incredible, she is friendly and knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable. Her experience shines! From our first meeting, she came prepared, knew the market and comps. Listing our home with McVeigh Properties was  super easy and we absolutely loved her marketing strategy as it brought in multiple offers above asking price. Anytime we had a question, she was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Throughout the entire escrow process, Sheralyn communicated with us every day.

This was our first time buying a home and a friend recommended working with Sheralyn and we couldn't have been happier. She helped us get a realistic handle on the current market and really listened to us and what we were looking for and was able to help us find great options. As soon as we walked into the home we purchased we fell in love and she was able to work with the buyers agent to really understand what they were looking for and presented a deal that worked for all parties. Through escrow she was always available and supportive and made the process just so amazing. We were looking to buy our first home and got connected to Sheralyn after spending some time in Zillow. During the first few visits she really tried to fully understand what we were looking for in our first home and guided us through the process as we were trying to figure out what really mattered for us. She was also very helpful in scheduling a large number of showings for weekends as my wife and I were busy during weekdays.

My wife and I were first time home buyers and we had just started looking at houses when we got connected with Sheralyn. At first, I was a little guarded like I would be with a car salesman but she quickly won me over. Now that it is all over we will never use a different agent as she was amazing. She was fast, accessible, knowledgeable, understanding, and really fought for us to get the best deal possible. She got our first offer accepted and then had to deal with the worst seller’s agent you could imagine. Every time we needed something she was there. Sheralyn helped us buy our first home and she truly made the experience amazing! I think we weren't even entirely sure what we wanted going in, but she helped us figure that out quickly. She found us listings that met our needs and made herself available constantly to help us find the house of our dreams. She also made herself available for all of our questions and concerns, and never made us feel silly for asking.

When it came time to negotiate, she went to bat for us and really fought for what we wanted. On top of that, she sent us thoughtful little gifts along the way to help with the process. When we were stressed, she was able to calm us down.

Sheralyn made the entire experience of house hunting and submitting paperwork and application easy and painless as possible. Sheralyn is the BEST! My fiancé and I are in the process of buying our first home (in escrow) and we couldn’t imagine having to go through this process with anyone but Sheralyn. She has consistently provided us with the insight and education we needed and has been so patient and loving towards us. She works SO hard. Always available. Always giving it her all.

Some of the things that stood out to us the most:
-it was super bowl Sunday when we decided we wanted to put an offer in. Sheralyn stopped everything she was doing and had the offer in faster than we could’ve imagined. It was so impressive - just a testamate to how hard she works.
- there are a few things we fell in love with in the sellers home (i.e decorations) and she is working so diligently on negotiating to help us get what we want.
