In 2005 after being in a successful farming business for 22 years & raising 3 sons, Sheree was able to fulfill her dream of becoming a 4th generation Realtor®. Like her great-grandparents, grandmother & uncle before her, she wanted to help others obtain their dreams of home ownership.

For the past 14 years Sheree has proven to be a Top Producer & prides herself on integrity, honesty & tenacity when it comes to working for the best interest of her clients. Her work ethic, enthusiasm along with love for her clients, is what sets her apart from all others. She will guide you every step of the way through the sometimes daunting, task of either the selling or buying of a home, ranchette or land.

Her proven success comes from her vast knowledge of not just how to market & sell your home or, to find the perfect home. But is her true love to help others.
She has a passion for design & remodel & is always eager to help her clients with some great ideas on either getting their home ready to sell, or for the one that they are purchasing. If you cannot find her not working, she will either be gardening, golfing, at the lake or at the family cabin with family & friends.

She has put together a great team that includes knowledgeable lenders, escrow/title, inspectors & repairmen that are there every step of the way for you.
Sheree believes in staying on top of the current trends in Real Estate which include home values, finance, marketing & networking. She knows that the market is always changing & believes that you have to change with it. Like when a major majority of the homes became Bank Owned & Short Sales. She took a course to become a Certified Distressed Short Sale Specialist, along with holding a Certified Expert Negotiator designation.

She is a straight shooter & if something is a bad investment, she will let you know. She takes pride knowing that the success of her business comes from the referrals & repeat business of her past clients & friends that without them, she could not consistently be rewarded with the "Top Producer" award from PMZ Real Estate or the "Masters Club Award" from the Central Valley Association of Realtors.

In March 2019 Sheree decided to join her fellow Top Agents in Stanislaus County at RE/MAX Executive where she can take her clients to a whole new level of "Excellence". And, she earned the RE/MAX 100% Club award in just 7 months!
