My husband and I were lucky to find Sheree! She was so thorough and helpful. We haven’t bought a home in 30 years and she navigated us through the process perfectly. We didn’t have much time because our lease was expiring and she took control and made the process smooth and painless. She found us just the right homes to look at and we are in a home now that we adore.

Wow, where do I begin? I've been looking for property for about a year now. But with a budget I have, the results have been less than stellar. With that, it takes a dedicated realtor, and human being, to stick around with you during the low periods. Shereen has not only been my realtor during these times, but she's been a friend, a confidant, and an ear. She's always doing something to better your situation. One time, when she was with me looking at property, I saw her looking at her cell phone. I thought that maybe she had other things going on, which was just OK with me. But what she was doing was searching for property lines, property info, all matter that I was just pulling questions out of nowhere. After that, she was my realtor!

Shereen really did an excellent job. Very communicative, friendly, professional, knowledgeable & proactive! I feel like she definitely goes the extra mile for her customers. I had the privilege of working with Shereen with one of my clients. Even when the property being purchased presented a few challenges for the buyers financing, Shereen was on top of it. She communicated right away and we got to work to make sure that the buyers were taken care of, they still got into their home...and we were even able to close early! Thanks again Shereen!

There's no doubt, Shereen Reynolds is the best real estate agent in WA! Referred to us by a friend, she exceeded our expectations, she is very personable, attentive, professional, and kind. Shereen is an absolute expert in her field! She was so patient with us and incredibly knowledgeable and she had the best strategies to help me get my home sold fast! I had ZERO stress or anxiety throughout this process, I didn't have to worry about anything because she took care of everything, all while keeping us in the loop. Shereen is wonderful and I would recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell property in WA.

P.S. She gifted us a really thoughtful closing gift, which was unexpected but ultimately was the cherry on top of an already incredible experience.

Shereen goes the extra mile to make here clients successful! I recently had opportunity to work with Shereen because another lender was unable to get a loan done for one of her clients. Shereen went to work to find another lender who had recently closed a loan in that condo complex. She found the realtor and the realtor pointed her to me. She then made sure I got everything I needed to get the loan closed quickly. Eight working days later, her client has her new home! Great Job Shereen! (-;

Just closed a transaction with Shereen. Wasn't the easiest to get done but since she was easy to talk to and was a true professional we were able to get it done. Given what we were up against I was very happy with her communication and professionalism. I hope I get the chance to work with her again. As agents we often get caught up in our egos and competing with one another. To find one who is willing to forego all of that to get the work done is rare these days.
