Sheri was instrumental in helping get our home successfully sold, especially now living states away during this crazy pandemic. We owned the house since 2006 and realized the house needed repairs and some renovations before putting it on the market. From the beginning, she guided us through that process, installation of new appliances, design work, theming, and staging. I cannot begin to express how impressed we were with her professionalism, knowledge, experience, and attention to detail. There are many realtors you can ask for help, but she really is more than a realtor. She is a friend in this entire process and cares about your home as if it were her own home.

If you need it, she also has many contacts to make sure your home is presented well with any major or minor renovations, any potential things you might need to do post-inspection, and the right people to get it staged and prepped carefully.

Sheri is honest, has integrity, personable, very reasonable, open, kind, patient, and very easy to work with. She goes above and beyond the normal responsibilities of many typical realtors. As a military family, we’ve worked with at least 10 realtors throughout the years, and by far, Sheri is our favorite. She is prompt in all her communications and makes sure to explain everything that is typical and what makes the area unique for buying and selling. If we could have her be our realtor again, even in other states, we would!

You cannot go wrong with Sheri to be your realtor, whether it is for buying your next home, or moving on and selling your home.

Sheri has SOLD 2 houses for us in the last 6 months. She did an awesome job! One house we had with a realtor for two and one-half years. She got it sold in 28 days. Our primary residence she sold in two days.
We had 3 offers on the first day! She’s very helpful, thorough, and does a great job! If you need a realtor, you won’t go wrong with Sheri Gilleland!!
