When I was looking for my first house, none of the agents I spoke with wanted to give me the time of day because I was 24, single and looking for a foreclosure under $60K. After being blown off by many others, I lucked out and found Sheri. She is so sweet, so honest, works so hard and is so patient. Sheri helped to ease the mind of a first time home buyer and was very patient - we looked at many, many houses before we found what I was after. I suspect she spent more on gas than she actually made on the sale, but she was always cheerful and I think she was as excited for me to buy my first house as I was! A little over a year later, I decided that I wanted to sell and called Sheri to run the idea by her. She asked if she could show the house to one person before I put the sign up in the yard... and that one person bought it! Sheri really knows her clients and what they are after. I have recommended Sheri to many people and have used her 5 times for either buying or selling my own home. That number would be higher if I could have taken her to Georgia with me when I moved in 2010!

Sheri was personable, professional, honest and always available when we needed her. We were on a time crunch and it felt like we were her priority. We happened to find Sheri by chance a few years ago when looking at a house she had listed. She quickly became our agent and has helped us find 2 homes and sell 1. Sheri is an expert and made both processes very easy. She has also helped my parents in purchasing their property. We look forward to using Sheri again in the future.
