I help people with their mental, emotional, and financial state of being as one transitions to the next stage in their lives. Most any move one makes is propelled by a life transition. One could simply be a first time buyer ready to invest in themselves; be a newly married couple; a separation or a divorce is filed; the birth of a new baby causes a need for more space; accumulation of 401k funds sparks the thought of investing in real property assets; an elderly family member needs to move-in; kids go to college; a passing occurs; the fact is, absolutely everything is caused by a transition which becomes a transformation.

My goal is to prepare each client to their specific situation by setting the proper expectations right up front. My intention is to work in the quality of the moment, not with a quantity of clients. When we work together, you will not feel like a number, you will be treated like family. I make a point to be easily accessible, and even though I have a team, you will work with me throughout each stage of the process. I have been involved in 100’s of transactions during 29 years of service and have encountered most every kind of life changing situation. I can compassionately place you on a path that meets your mental, emotional, and financial position without you feeling pressured to perform. I will always work on your timeline.

We have the resources you need to be successful from the start of the journey through your home closing. Buying or selling a home is an extremely emotional decision, as well as an emotional transition. I will help ease the process by mentally preparing you for your real estate transaction. We do this by creating an action plan which will have dates and deadlines for you to adhere to and will be critical to complete before we enter into the real estate process. In order for us to work through the excitement, pain, anxiety, or uncertainty caused by the transition, we have to prioritize and navigate the pending obstacles so you can put your best foot toward a potential buyer or seller.

Your home is the biggest investment you make during your lifetime. The financial stress can be daunting when making a transition to a new home, not to worry; we have exceptional resources to get you on the right path before you sign any contracts. Always remember, you are in the driver seat, and you make the final decisions.

I could not ask for a better experience selling my home than I got with Sherri, especially in this challenging market. Sherri was always there when I needed help. She made recommendations on repairs, staging, and pricing before the listing and helped satisfy buyer’s objections once under contract. I was living over 1000 miles away and dreading having to make trips back and forth before the sale was final, but I never had to, even for the closing. After the inspection, Sherri quickly found specialists to resolve any problems at a fair price and met with them when the work was being done.
