Sherrie has lived in Reno for 45 years and has been in the Real Estate business in Reno for over 28 years, and is a former Real Estate Commissioner for the State of Nevada.

She is a marathon runner, qualified and ran the Boston Marathon, ran her 26th marathon in Athens Greece and to date has run 43 marathons.

Sherrie was one of five Trustees on a foundation which gave more than $7.9 million to the Terry Lee Wells Nevada Discovery Museum providing much needed support for a variety of museum programs and initiatives.
