Sherrie is one of the best in her industry. When I contacted her and told her my situation, which wasn't pretty, she used all her knowledge, professionalism and kindness to get me through one of the hardest decisions to make. I had to sell a home and buy a new one in a very uncomfortable situation and Sherrie worked one on one with me every day to ensure I financially gained from a sale and was prepared and ready to purchase. I can't say enough about how wonderful it is working with her. She treated me like a daughter and that really made the entire process worth the pain. Her experience and wisdom walked me through a very stressful time and I not only sold my first house for much more then the asking price but I also purchased much below offering price. Sherrie helped me purchase my dream home. I live in Illinois and decided to sell the Illinois home and move closer to family in Minnesota., Purching the house was a challenge. It was a short sale. I had no idea what that meant. Sherrie was very knowledgable and held my hand through the whole process Since I live in Illinois, we had to e-mail/scan lots of paperwork. She is a great Realtor! Always ready to go see any house you are interested in so you have the best chance at an offer. Really knowledgeable and a great negotiator. She made sure the washer and dryer was included in our purchase despite the seller trying to negotiate to keep them.
