About Sherrie

Sherrie moved to Florida in 2005, along with her husband and children, from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, after successfully selling luxury resort homes for two years as a professional Sales Associate. She was born and raised in the Philadelphia area.
Actively engaged in community events, Sherrie is one of the organizers of the Marco Island Beach Music festival along with her husband, Robert, who is the Director of Sales & Marketing at the Marco Island Beach Marriott.
Prior to a career in real estate, Sherrie worked for an advertising agency where she gained valuable experience in creative marketing methods and today successfully applies those innovative skills in marketing real estate property.
For recreation, Sherrie enjoys golf, tennis, and boating.

I've used Sherrie Pfeffer twice; first, on the sale of my home and then, on the purchase of my new home. Sherrie was incredible. As for the sale of my home, Sherrie was wonderful. She gave helpful advice on staging the home for pictures and didn't just send a photographer to my home; she came with him and made sure he got the pictures as she saw best. Sherrie did the research needed to price the house and not only did she never pressure me to take a price below what I was comfortable with, she encouraged me to hold out for what she knew she could sell my home for. My home sold for one of the highest prices in the neighborhood at that time. She was there for inspections and at the closing. As my purchasing agent she often took me to see homes the same day they were listed, sometimes within an hour or two of listing. It didn't matter what time of day it was, if a home popped up that she thought I would want to see, she took me to see it. Sherrie was very patient and I never felt rushed or pressured into purchasing something I didn't want. Sherrie stuck with me eventually finding me the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. One thing I love most about Sherrie is she is tough and doesn't let realtors or buyers push her clients around. Her clients, not her purse, are her first priority!

Negotiation skills: We actually started our search with another agent and didn't get the level of responsiveness that we wanted. We switched to Sherrie and she was AWESOME! From the time we booked our flight until 3 days before we arrived, every house we were interested went off the market. Sherrie arranged for us to see some that were not listed and luckily another one came on the market. Because of her relationships in the area, we got the house over the other buyers.
