Sherrie’s first venture with real estate began in 1990 and since then, her and the local real estate market have been very good acquaintances.
Apart from being a real estate agent, she has personally enjoyed overseeing new construction over the past years. Whether clients are a buyer or seller, if they give her the opportunity to represent them, rest assured that they will be getting an agent who is actively following the market every day.
Sherrie’s days as a realtor are spent working with dear and loyal clients or delightful new ones, chatting with title companies , reading over home inspection reports, viewing homes or commercial buildings, walking through acreage and farms, negotiating contracts, putting a sold sign on a lawn or passing keys over to ecstatic new homeowners. She finishes her day by coming home to a very supportive husband and to her three ultimate joys in life, her kids. As a mother, she knew she wanted to be available to do “mom things” even as the kids got older. Real estate has always allowed for a flexible schedule, and she couldn’t ask for more.
Sherrie realizes that her driving force has always been the high value she places on helping people. She loves to educate her clients throughout the entire process to help them make the best financial decisions possible. Her ultimate goal is to help clients fulfill the American dream of owning a home, a new business property or more land to call their own.
It’s very humbling to think back on the many lives and families she’s had the privilege to be a part of all because of real estate.
