Sherrilynn Lombard

Sherrilynn Lombard, CSP (Certified Sales Professional) is a recognized leader in the sales and marketing of new construction homes since 1983.

Sherry has successfully managed over 21 residential developments with gross sales exceeding 400 million. These developments were comprised of 1200 units including single family, condominiums, and age restricted communities. Sherry has helped clients purchase their dream homes in complexes and new home developments.

In 2006, Sherry established New Homes Marketing, Inc, knowing she could give clients better service as not just an agent or broker, but as an owner of the business.

In 2015, Sherry established Chapel Hill Sales and Rentals in Framingham, MA, to offer one-stop, onsite buying, selling, renting, and property maintenance of Chapel Hill Condominiums. CHS&R is a subsidiary of New Homes Marketing, Inc., and has all its resources, including Sherry, owner/broker behind it.
