We cannot say enough good about Sherry Anderson as a realtor and as a person. My wife and I looked at probably 10 different properties throughout 2020 all over Madison, Henry and Delaware counties. With the market being the way it was, we were often in a hurry to look at properties we thought would work for us. She helped us put in 3 different offers before we were finally able to find what was right for us and she helped us get it. :0) There were a couple of occasions when she was out of town and she helped to arrange for another realtor in her office to help us. He was also very professional, friendly and helpful. Sherry helped us get answers to questions we had about zoning ordinances. She was an excellent liaison with other realtors and sellers. Sherry was always accommodating and friendly. We definitely plan to have her as our realtor whenever we need realty-related services. Thank you Sherry and Steve!!
