We initially started looking at for an older home because we had just discovered we were pregnant with our second child and I've had friends and family describe the horrors of building new home and our timeline was tight. I called Sherri she actually answered the phone which within this hectic middle TN market comes few and far between. Meet her in person person the following day and she gave me the biggest hug and nice to meet you. My stress level went down dramatically because her spirit is so genuine. We looked a few older homes and then on a beautiful day in feburary we visited a new build home and got to meet the builder. Sherry asked questions as if she was buying the home. And most importantly made sure that the builder knew were under a strick deadline. Sherry was an absolute Gem during our home search and buying process. She was patient, and informative. She followed up often and gave her best recommendations. Without Sherry we wouldnt be in our new home 3 months before baby.

I had been actively looking at houses for over 6 months before I met Sherry. A little over a year and a half ago when I was trying to buy a house for which I already had a realtor and was also pre approved (which btw is very important have done before even thinking about looking) but was not having any luck, for lack of a better word, in finding a house in Nashville's skyrocketing market. I had been beat out by cash on some deals and just way to late to even put in a bid on others. If you've been looking you'll know some of the problems I've run up against. So I decided to change my realtor and that's when I met Sherry. It wasn't a week after we met, I was buying my house! She was very knowledgeable about the area I was trying to get into as well as being extremely knowledgeable and helpful by informing me of other ways to finance a home and what help or ways were out there. I had been pre approved for just a standard bank loan if you would with no clue as to what else was out there finance wise but with Sherry's information, help and guidance, I was able to immediately buy the house I wanted with NO Issues or problems all the way through to the signing and handing over of the keys. After all the headaches and heartaches I had been through I was a little discouraged but after teaming up with Sherry, I never looked back and have been very happy in my new home now for exactly one year to date! Sherry made the house buying very fun and stress free as well. She was instrumental in helping me get a little more house for my money as well. She was awesome to have on My Team when I was in the market to buy but thanks to Sherry, I am now out of buying Market! I very much appreciated all her help when in the middle of the buying process too, from the information she provided me to taking pictures of the Kitchen appliances and e-mail the measurements to me, Yup, she went way out of her for me and I totally appreciated it all because she did it to help me! So Yeah, I just had an awesome experience with Sherry as my Realtor and will most definitly recommend to all my friends, family and anyone who is even thinking about buying or selling a house to give Sherry call frist! Speaking from the heart, If I find my self looking to buy or sell again, I will be using Sherry when that time comes.
