Sherry Chen

Sherry Chen is a San Diego native with a passion for helping dreamers become homeowners. As an expert in Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and multifamily properties, she is helped both first-time homebuyers and investors maximize their property potential. Sherry is proud to be part of Kappel Realty Group with Compass and is an SDAR Gold Award winner (2021). Her goal is to help educate the homebuyers in making smart, data-driven decisions to help them generate long-term wealth through real estate investments. Sherry is a UCLA graduate with a degree in Psychology and former pastry chef (with a killer banana bread recipe). In her free time, you will probably find her at one of San Diego’s many farmers markets sourcing ingredients for her next dish.
