About Sherry
A Home. That’s different than a house. A house is just a building, four walls where a person sleeps and eats. A home however is where memories are made, security is formed, dreams are dreamt, and were family’s bond together. For Sherry Huston, becoming a realtor was a natural fit in her life.
Growing up, Sherry had an integral part in making her childhood house a home. Sherry’s mother was born with a rare genetic illness that kept her bedridden at times. While her mom had good days and bad days, there were many times when Sherry was called upon to fill in the gap. From an incredibly early age, she had to keep the day-to-day household running while also attending school. This unusual upbringing formed a vision and responsibility that carries over into her career.
A real estate transaction is more than just picking a house and signing a contract. Sherry knows that it takes time to find the perfect place to make a home. However, when a client finds a house that will become a home, she knows the four walls will speak to them, calling out to them to make their dreams and memories there. After writing the contract, this is when Sherry’s calling to be a realtor really starts to shine. She coordinates all aspects of the transaction from beginning to end. While most sales are smooth, if a transaction has some bumps, Sherry exhausts all resources to resolve any conflicts, so all parties have a satisfying experience.
Bonds are formed while living in a home and it’s not always easy to let go and let a new homeowner inherit those bonds. When selling a home, Sherry takes the same dedication to ensure the transaction is smooth and that the walls continue to speak to the new owner.
Sherry met her husband Jeff in high school, and they were married shortly after. Together, their home, dreams and memories consist of two grown daughters and two spoiled dogs. In her time away from real estate you can find her gardening, spending time with her family, traveling or visiting one of Oklahoma’s lakes.
She knows what’s important to your family. She understands your dreams and desires. Those are her desires too. Her hundreds of transactions and many years in the real estate business guarantees your satisfaction.
Let Sherry Huston manage your next real estate transaction.
