Sherry helped us find investment properties in Winder, GA area. We were impressed of her professionalism and expertise. She knows the area very well, and always responds to our questions and concerns quickly. Sherry also puts her clients' interests first. For example, we need to have insurance coverage on the income properties before tenants move in, which might be an issue for some insurance company. Sherry worked really hard trying to help us get the coverage we need and make sure that everything is covered after closing. We are remote investors, so Sherry also helped us find a very reliable management company and CPA to take care of all the things.
