Sherry is an absolute gem. Our house buying and selling process was GRUELING, and an emotional rollercoaster that I never want to ride again, but Sherry was right there with us the whole process, always with positive words of encouragement and faith that we would find something and that it would all work out as it should. AND she was right! We found our perfect house and was able to find a buyer for ours, the timing couldn't have been better! We couldn't have asked for a better realtor, between late night texts and questions, to having venting sessions about how irritating this market is, and all the darn inspection guidelines. She never gave up on us and we are so very grateful for her and her drive to help us find our new home. 100% recommended, She will not disappoint.

I inherited a house in Ohio, that was in foreclosure with a heavy debt. I live in Tennessee, and couldn’t travel to Rome, to handle what was needed to be done. A friend recommended Sherry. After speaking to her about the situation, Sherry put a plan together which put everything on her shoulders to manage all I had to do was just sign the document. Within a week she had found a solid buyer. She even negotiated with Medicate and the mortgage attorneys to put this deal together all in less than two months. Everyone got little part of the pie, if it wasn’t for Sherry’s hard work, dedication, and experience all this would not have happened. Thank you goes out to Sherry.

Sherry was amazing in helping us sell our home and purchase a new. Our house had showings scheduled within a couple of hours listed and offer made within so quickly. Never thought it would sell that quickly and we had no other home picked for ourselves. Sherry took me to see so many houses (some of the same multiple times), and was so patient with all me through this stressful time. She worked with the other realtor to get us an extension when the our seller backed out and we had to start all over again. Long story short, she stuck with us and helped us tremendously through all the obstacles we experienced! Best Customer Service and highly recommend!!

Met Sherry buying my first house that I could turn into an investment, so I knew nothing about the process. It was an awesome experience buying from her, everything was so easy and she’s very knowledgeable with real estate experience in multiple areas. Never felt like I was being sold to or talked into anything. Very friendly and makes the process fun. I’ve met a lot of horrible realtors and some great ones and Sherry is definitely one of the best. Have bought two houses with her, she knew just what I was looking for and recommended a property perfect for my needs, would definitely recommend her to anyone I know!

Where do we begin?

We have had the privilege of knowing Sherry for probably 12 years now. What an awesome lady she is!

We decided it was time to purchase a home after 20 years of renting. We didn’t know exactly where we wanted to live and boy did we take her on a wild goose chase! 3 counties and from one end of Ashtabula to the other! She was gracious, patient and so helpful!
