THE BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT EVER. Sheryl has helped us buy/sell five separate properties and each time has been a tremendous and smooth process. Home buying and selling can be so stressful, but Sheryl has this magical ability to ease those feelings with her years of experience and genuine nature. Sheryl is one of the nicest people that I’ve ever met and is very professional in her approach to showing properties. She does not push, persuade or blow smoke during a walk through, which lets the buyer form his or her own opinion. She’s very knowledgeable concerning building codes and is always aware of any issues of concern. We only look at properties within my perameters and never one above and beyond my budget. Sheryl makes the entire process easy...start to finish, showing to closing. I will definitely work with Sheryl again!!

Sheryl helped us buy our first home, we visited a lot of places and she was patient and always made time for more visits. She will give you space to look around and she will not push you towards a house just to make a sale. She will also help you with other aspects if you need, like inspections as we didn't know how to proceed.
When we get ready for a second house adventure, we will certainly talk to Sheryl. Trust me on this, you won't regret!!
