1. Sheryl has the capability to bring the best result to my real estate transactions. When selling the property, she sold higher than I expected. When buying property, she negotiated a price which was significantly lower than the listing.

2. Sheryl brings the best result to my transactions with no effort from my side. My husband and I are busy with our jobs and have no time to do hands-on jobs in selling the property. All we have to do is, let Sheryl know we want to sell the rental property and Sheryl will take care of everything else. Just that easy.

3. Sheryl gives us crucial and professional advice. We sold the rental property in a relatively slow market and I was thinking of lowering the listing price. Sheryl told us to hold on for a little bit more time. She is right. She found the buyer and closed the case smoothly.

4. Sheryl has great communication skills and will try her best from beginning to the last minute. I'm already really satisfied with the purchasing price that Sheryl got for me. However, Sheryl told me that there is still a chance to get some more credit. She is right, she did it. I'm so impressed and even learnt some negotiation skills from her.

It was an incredibly positive experience working with Sheryl to sell my house in Kirkland. In fact, we could not be more pleased. Her knowledge of the local neighborhood, the market timing, the fair market price and the best way to prepare and represent our house are very impressive !

Before we listed the house, Sheryl had an in-person talk with us and went through all the documents in details, and made sure we understand every piece of them. She also gave us a thorough list of what to fix and how to prepare the house for sale, and shared us several resources (i.e., handyman, staging, landscaper, etc) for each work item.

Sheryl also picked a perfect time for us to list the house. It was school spring break before our listing date, so the buyers looking for houses were fewer than usual. And 2 days just after our house was pending, 2 more similar houses nearby were on market so the competition increased. Sheryl was experienced with many house factors, and always being kind to share her knowledge with us during our house tours. Asides from helping us x-out houses with red flags, many times we did not notice some small defects but she was able to let us know the status, best way to fix it and potential cost $. Another big bonus is that Sheryl has really sound understadning of schools around east areas, their rates, programs, etc.

This is our first home purchasing experience, and we never bought a single-family home before. Sheryl is very professional and responsive. The house is listed in the morning and Sheryl sent the property to me and ask whether I am interested in it. After knowing my interest, she immediately scheduled an appointment to tour the house during COVID-19. After touring the house, we are strongly interested but had some concerns in the water pipe which may be blocked in the near future. Sheryl immediately helped find an inspector to inspect the house in the afternoon. After the inspection, we feel safe to bid the house. Sheryl drafted and sent the offer to the property owner and set an offer review time by 9:00pm of the day. To be honest, I didn't expect to send the offer so soon. Sheryl helped us buy a new house. She help us a lot and proactively thought many things for us so that the whole process was smooth and happy.

At the beginning my wife communicated with Sheryl about our expectations on area, price range and features of our dream new house. She prepared the candidates carefully and brought us have the tour. Each time she was on time and did the good preparation for the tour. We could get the paper resource at the first time and in the tour she introduced her thought on the house and showed us the important details like orientation, the pros/cons of the used building materials, the building cost of different bath, etc.. She kept the good communication with the sales so that she helped us occupy the good position to send the letter of intent. She leveraged her experiences to ask many questions we cannot figure out and suggested us pay attention to many good decoration points in the model room. All her suggestions are helpful for our pre-move-in improvement work. The sales provided some upgrades for the new house. Sherly actively compared the updates' prices with the same or similar one in HomedDpot, BestBuy, etc. and gave us suggestion which one was worthy. For some expensive upgrades, she gave her suggestion on how to do with a better price by ourselves.

In the whole process, before each point like talking with lender, preparing the check, scheduling for closing signing, etc. she gave us reminder and made sure we could do it correctly and efficiently. As closing day, the COVID-19 status was worse, the seller could not provide the present communication. But Sherly took the mask, accompanied us check the house and made sure we received the good house. After closing, we encountered some questions and problems. Sherly continued to represent us communicate with the seller. Because of COVID-19, the builder could not react our request quickly. Sherly built the good relationship with the house sales and the sales asked some worker in the builder company fix our problem. After closing she gave us a list of contact information about set up the account for water, electricity and gas, network, garbage collection.

Yesterday, with help of Sheryl I finally closing a SFH in my dream area, We are appreciated and feel very luck to find She as our Buyer Agent as she is so experienced and learning carefully and deeply understand the priorities of what's kind of house we are looking for, Once we find other target home, she help to contacted LA less than a hour and gathering basic information and make appointments immediately and tour the house to get more details including the owner's background. so we make a good strategy of putting offer at first time, which make my offer in a good advantage position at beginning without putting extra price over asking price. We are quite satisfied and excited with the final deal, Sheryl help us with final price lower than the original price which is very rare in the zip area i looking for, I could give more than 5 star if there was.
