My husband and I have known Shilo Sprouse for five years, having leased a duplex from him for more than 4.5 years. As a landlord he was always responsive in a timely manner to our requests for maintenance. Over the years we found him to be honest, hard-working, dependable, and generous. When we did begin to search for a home to purchase in Pullman, Washington, Shilo was always available to show us various properties at his earliest convenience. He was punctual to our appointments and was knowledgeable about the possible cost of repairs and remodeling to homes we were viewing, but he never pressured us to make an offer on any home. When we did make an offer, Shilo handled the contract and other details with professionalism. We highly recommend Shilo Sprouse as a realtor with the highest integrity and also with practical experience dealing with property transactions.
