We enlisted Shirley's help after touring an open house. We didn't know her but were encouraged by all the positive Google reviews. She has exceeded our expectations in every way! She helped us negotiate a great deal and proactively kept the transaction on track to a successful conclusion. She did a great job of explaining the financing options, too. We then asked Shirley to sell our old house. She responded with helpful pricing advice and effective marketing, which led to several strong offers in a short time! My wife and I strongly recommend Shirley Ryan!

My experience with Real Estate Broker Shirley Ryan has exceeded every expectation that I had. This is the 6th time our family has used a real estate professional, and this has been our best experience by any measure. After I reached out through Dave Ramsey's website looking for a trusted person to help sell our beloved hobby farm, Shirley responded almost immediately. She came by to meet me, and unfortunately I was delayed getting home, so she had to leave to fulfill another commitment to another client. However, she stayed in contact with me to see if she could connect later. Shirley came back, that same day, after multiple other appointments to make sure she was there to answer any questions I had-especially since this sale involved a very emotional decision to let our dream home go. She walked beside us every step of the way, and her communication was outstanding. We knew about every showing and offer almost from the moment they happened. After we accepted an offer, she has been there for all the inspections and other paperwork and details that need to be handled. She has built such a trust with us (something unusual in these days) that I am absolutely confident of the truth in every call, text or email that she shares with us. I am so thankful the Lord sent Shirley to us. If you need a real estate professional-I don't think that I can come up with words suitable for how extraordinary she really is-I would without any reservation recommend Shirley Ryan. I will never forget all that she has done for us. In a day where there is so much deception and untruthfulness, Mrs. Ryan stands out as a person with impeccable character and integrity. Shirley Ryan is exactly what you hope to find when hiring a realtor. She exceeded all expectations.

In my particular case I was in search a home with very specific features. Not only did she curate homes with those features, she was also more than willing to invest her time with me until I found the perfect one.

Shirley was alway available for any questions or concerns. She also had a wealth of knowledge regarding lenders, inspectors, and contractors.
