As the daughter of George and Vera Tarter, I grew up in real estate and had incredible mentors to learn from. I earned my real estate license in 1986 after graduating from Southeast High School, and later completed my bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from Kent State University. I worked full-time alongside my parents for 25 years serving buyers and sellers across Portage, Stark, Summit, and surrounding counties.
In 2008, I became a licensed real estate broker and proudly took over the family business in 2011. Today, I am the Broker/Owner of Tarter Realty, specializing in residential homes as well as farms and rural properties. With nearly 40 years of hands-on experience, I bring deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of financing and loan programs to every transaction.

My husband Mark and I have been happily married since 1989, and we are blessed with eight children (four married) and five grandchildren. We live in Marlboro, Ohio, and I continue to serve Portage, Stark, and Summit counties full-time.
