Shoba was amazing. From the start she listened to what was important to us and never wavered. She was extremely patient with us as we work to help our parent downsize. She was sensitive to my mom’s concerns while getting the job done of selling the house. She was always available by call or text. She has sure methods of showing your house during these covid times. She was always clear in her explanations of the market and and will stay in constant communication. She is also super thoughtful and gave the sweetest gifts! You will not go wrong in choosing Shoba for your realtor needs! She made the downsizing adjustment easy for us by handling the sell of the house. I am thankful for her hard work. Thanks Shoba!

After attempting to sell our house By Owner, I was contacted by three agents. Shoba was the only one that approached me with a full plan to maximize my profit, cover her fees, and have us walk away with thousands of dollars in additional profit than we were originally asking. We can't say enough good things about Shoba -- she answered my difficult questions, my dumb questions, and let me know things that I didn't know I should be asking for.

It just took a couple days of being on the market and Shoba had several vetted offers available, a few with escalation clauses. It was one of those offers that ended up being over our asking price, which was higher than our our original By Owner price. She also expertly handled the repair negotiations that ended up being strongly in our favor! She's an awesome real estate agent and we would refer any friend or family to her.

Being new to the St Pete area, we realized that we needed an agent who was familiar not only with the fantastic beaches available and the endless culinary options, but who was also a local who could operate within the community to get things done. We found all of these traits in Shoba and her assistant. Shoba helped us find the perfect vacation home a block from the water and all of the nightlife that we could ask for. Throughout the process, she was extremely professional; her communication to us, the lender, and the seller kept everyone on a strict timeline. We will certainly recommend her to anyone who is interested in beginning a new beach lifestyle or any lifestyle in the area!

Shoba is an amazing realtor! My husband and I told her we were looking for a home on March 16th and we closed on the 30th of April! We did not believe it was going to happen with COVID-19. So many people say buying a home is such a stressful thing. Yes I was stressed because I didn't know the outcome. With Shoba and Kimmy (administrator/marketing director) being so positive, knowing how to negotiate, finding us the best deals on home warranty/homeowner's insurance/the appropriate lender, and being there 24/7 for us made the difference! Shoba and Kimmy gave their 100% and I would reccommend them to anyone!
