Shonnie is the owner of Trinity First Realty Services Inc. (TFRS), a Women Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) certified women-owned small business. Alongside her mother and company founder Diane Colbert Alridge, she has grown the company into a multi-million dollar producing firm. She is also the founder and director of a Georgia-approved real estate school, Trinity First Realty School. In addition, Shonnie shares her market expertise by periodically instructing homebuyer courses for the NID Housing Counseling Agencies.

Shonnie is a graduate of the State University of West Georgia. Her Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology has afforded her the skills to learn the needs of each of her clients and the ability to be a highly efficient listener. This has proven to be the sole reason that creates such a perfect match for her client's specific goals. Having spent much of her career managing residential assets from acquisition to disposition for property private, commercial, and government clients, Shonnie expanded her reach into commercial real estate. She developed the TFRS Commercial Real Estate department after completing the inaugural 2015 Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Mentorship Program. Her determination and integrity surpass all and her steadfast attitude is the reason she was the recipient of Empire Board of Realtist Salesperson of the year, Broker's Choice recipient, and a member of the Million Dollar Club.
