We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Shpresa. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Shpresa, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on and she really helped to take the pressure off of us.

We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Shpresa walked us through every step of the negotiations. We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Shpresa to them.

Shpresa was incredible throughout the home buying process. She met us the first time on very short notice and was very accommodating. In just the first few showings, she was able to demonstrate her knowledge of the area and expertise in real estate procedure. Once we decided on the house she again went above and beyond to make sure the deal went forward despite obstacles we faced. She also made sure to obtain all building records pertaining to the property before signing the contract. She was able to inform us of any possible violations that needed to be cleared prior to closing and made sure that the Seller cleared them in a timely fashion. Thanks to Shpresa we were able to close on our first home and in a timely fashion. She was always available to answer questions or calm our nerves at any time of the day whether morning or night. She also helped us with obtaining a mortgage broker who was very knowledgeable and made the process run smooth .
