Shripad is a great realtor! We were in search of our dream house and he gave his 100% in helping us. We gave him our requirements and he made sure to find houses accordingly. Also timely suggestions were given while making offers for the house, as in how is the school district rating, the demography of the area, pros and cons if there. Genuine suggestions were given by him every-time if he did feel something was right/wrong with the house. Also we were very concerned about the age of the house and if thats gonna throw us cost in future, but he guided us with what expenses we can expect and also gave a rough estimate on that to help us decide over. Not only is he a local expert but he definitely also keeps knowledge about household wear and tear expenses and gives suggestions accordingly whether to go for it! His suggestions surely makes easy decision making and one doesn’t get confused with his own doubts.We never felt awkward or held back any silly questions and concerns we had and he happily answered all of them. He was more of a friend and we could easily discuss all our house related issues with him to make a decision. The whole process was very smooth and he took care of all the needs even after the closing to make sure everything was good. His guidance was very helpful and we finally closed our house this month. We highly recommend him for your house search :)

Shripad became more of family friend when we approached him for our need of house buying a year back. He was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. He really cared about us, understood our needs and budgetary constraints from the very first house seeing, even giving us ideas on what features of the house are useful, important or good to have, which property is worth going bidding and which is not even worth. He is very knowledgeable about surrounding residential areas, the good or the bad, he always shared those details with us.
He was always available to answer our questions and private showing of the apartment any time we asked for. We actually visited more than one 60-70 properties with him and offered at least 20 of those! But, never felt like pressured in any of the bidding attempt.
Finally, we got our dream house well within our budget, he negotiated a lot with the sellers for us. And, that’s not the end, he even helped us connect to the best of contractors and material resources for the upgrade we made before the move. He also helped connecting with good movers for the move. He is like a single point of contact for any real estate related help, he has very good knowledge of all the aspects of property related stuff.
We definitely recommend and wish him all the best!

I am the first time home buyer and i got the best realtor i have ever deal with. Shri is very professional, experienced, and very patient, he never made me feel uncomfortable and he explained everything in a easy to understand about each and every detail. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. He looks only for the best what we want, he knew exactly what i was looking for and did not make me waste time on offers not relevant. Last but not least very highly recommended.

It’s most challenging to look for appropriate and safe accommodation especially when you are 1000 miles away and you have no clue about the new place where you are shifting. I must say I was lucky to have Mr. Shripad to make this job hassle free and so convenient. Literally felt like some family member is helping me out to find accommodation exactly as per my requirements, also helping me at every step to make my transition smoother . I would definitely and strongly recommend Mr. Shripad to all those people/ students looking for accommodation at Boston and nearby areas. 😊👍

Shri was very good as our realtor! Amazing person to work with - who helped us find our home and gave unbiased inputs in critical decisions we had to take in the buyer’s journey.

He was very responsive and was always available to answer even the silliest of the questions as it was our first real estate purchase in the U.S. He communicated frequently and kept us in loop with the proceedings at every stage.

Post-closing too, Shripad was in touch with us for next few weeks to make sure everything was going well.
