Shyla Magee

Shyla is a highly energetic young professional who has committed herself to the real estate industry as her full-time career and passion. She constantly strives to be one of the top REALTORS® in the Las Vegas valley without sacrificing her integrity & ethics. She is caring and understanding when it comes to first-time homebuyers and loves nothing more than handing over the keys to excited new homeowners after a successful sale. Shyla is passionate about creating life-long clients and friends. Her goal is to not only assist her clients with their first home but with their last as well!

Shyla's specialty/niche is out-of-state relocation. She is a Certified Relocation Specialist and has gone through extensive training to assist relocation buyers or sellers that are moving to or from the Las Vegas/Henderson area. Since Las Vegas is such a transient town, relocation is an important part of our real estate industry. She is a relocation expert through her training and past relocation sales. She is also a member of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and assists many buyers and sellers through this program every year. She has assisted all types of relocation clients such as military, corporate relocation, and people looking for a fresh start in Nevada. Shyla believes that her relocation from Texas to Nevada helps her relate to these clients on a personal level, as she understand the emotions and concerns they are going through during the transition to their new home.

As a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance-Real Estate, Shyla began her career as a buyer's agent in 2010. Shyla is a Certified Relocation Specialist, having completed extensive training in Corporate Relocation. Shyla was named a Top 40 Under 40 REALTOR® in Southern Nevada from 2012-Present. She was also a Top 50 Finalist for the National Association of REALTORS® 30 Under 30 in 2014. Shyla serves on several committees at her local, state and national association in order to better her industry and protect private property rights for her clients.

Shyla was born and raised in a small town called Lubbock, Texas. She had a dream of becoming a real estate agent since she was just 10 years old. Shyla got married on April 30, 2011 to her best friend, RJ Magee. She loves playing with her puppies, Molly (Golden Retriever), Jackson (Australian Shepherd) & Bailey (German Short-Haired Pointer), working out (she completed her first half marathon in December!), playing volleyball, watching college football, meeting new people, going to the movies and traveling.
