My husband and I were looking to buy our first home. I reached out to Sierra for advise on how to even begin the process. She got us in touch with a couple of mortgage lenders who she recommended. Sierra was amazing as she was able to explain the whole process to us in a way that we were able to understand. Sierra was able to take us to see as many houses as we wanted to even on short notice. We closed on our first house April 2020 and couldn’t have done it without her. I loved how honest and up front she was about every thing we had questions and concerns about. If you’re looking for an amazing realtor Sierra is the absolute best! Thank you so much for helping make our dream come true!

Even in the most basic circumstances, moving can be extremely stressful. In our case, we suddenly discovered we were being moved from out of state to the Atlanta area in the midst of the initial COVID outbreak. Looking at an extremely short time table, needing to coordinate with a sell of our (prior) home and having a very specific set of wants/needs with three small children – we felt completely overwhelmed. Fortunately, we were referred to Sierra who patiently walked us through the key steps, decisions and quickly went to work for us. She stuck by our side and supported us through the entire cycle, including during some unexpected hiccups in the closing process where her guidance and direct involvement were key. In the end we ended up finding our dream home! We are extremely thankful to Sierra for her attentiveness, expertise and for being our champion. Sierra is highly responsive providing prompt detailed response on properties of interest, researching area, availability of properties and property details. Her advice on offer strategy and counteroffers was extremely helpful, without her help we would have likely paid more for the property we purchased. She was instrumental in getting the proper contractors/inspectors to our property during our due diligence which enabled us to make the best formed decision possible. She did not try to bluff us, if she did not know the answer she would find the answer and get back with us ASAP. We used Sierra Westrick to help us buy a home out of state. We lived in California and needed to buy a home in Georgia. Its not an easy process buying a home out of state. With all of the help from Sierra we were able to make 1 single trip to Georgia and found our perfect home.

Sierra helped us sell our home on the west side of Atlanta in the fall of 2019. We had already moved out of state when we listed the house so we really relied on her to help us through the process. She was a tremendous help, not just in showing the house and negotiating with the buyer, but also in completing all of the odds and ends we had to handle prior to closing. She was responsive, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the sale went through. We would not hesitate to recommend Sierra to anyone in Atlanta looking for a great realtor!

There is not enough time to talk about how wonderful Sierra Westrick was throughout the process of buying a house.
