I don’t normally do reviews for any product or service but this was a very special situation for me, so I will try a few lines.

I was an out of state buyer and did not know any Realtors in Central Tennessee so I asked my lender if she knew a good buyer’s representatives in the aera. Knowing my situation, the lender suggested I give Sigrun Watson a call, so I did.

This property would be my retirement home. Through life I never had a real trust or respect for any Realtor. But this time was different right from the very first call I made to Sigrun I felt like she was a true professional who understood my needs and wanted me to be happy above anything else. I was not an easy buyer to represent because I knew what I was looking for and you could say it was like a needle in a hay stack. I made four trips to TN to view a handful of properties each time and we covered hundreds of miles each time, so many I felt bad for Sigrun and I would apologize to her for all her hard work. She would always say “don’t worry it’s my job, you have to be happy, we will find you your perfect property”. Eventually I did find my perfect property after I made many offers on properties.

Long story short, Sigrun Watson is a real professional who cares about her clients needs above her paycheck. She knows her business and is super-fast with all the paper work required to get the deal done.

Sigrun, you are the best. And if I ever need a Realtor in the future you are my go-to representative. Thank you.

TOP NOTCHED – FIVE STAR SERVICE
I recently had the pleasure of working with Sigrun while buying a home in Crossville, Tn. Despite the extra ordinary circumstances involved, as I was residing in Spain at the time, and the current world wide health crisis, through every step of the process Sigrun approached every issue with extensive knowledge and professionalism.
Because of my unique situation it was necessary to conduct business solely through the means of internet, email, and telephone. While most people would think this situation to be a hardship, it was in fact the opposite because of Sigrun. From the onset of initial contact, my endless questions, finding a mortgage lender, inspecting the property on my behalf, and arranging the closing, each hurdle was easily overcome.
Often, because of the time difference, Sigrun would start her days with an email, or a call from me; each time messages were promptly answered, and 9 out of 10 times calls were answered by her immediately, rather than having to leave a message and wait for a return call. On the rare occasions when it was necessary to leave a message, my calls were always returned in 5 minutes or less.
Through every issue Sigrun maintained an informative and knowledgeable approach to the resolutions; every question was either answered immediately, or an answer found in an hour or less, and every interaction was both courteous and professional.
In summation, I would readily recommend Sigrun, and Captial Real Estate Services, to anyone in need of an agent to guide them through the task of purchasing a home.
