She has now officially helped me but my first condo, buy my first home and sell my first property over the years. Her style and taste is also unmatched. Really hard to find that. We had an incredible experience with ACME Realty. We were driving around LA and saw their sign in front of a house, and decided to call on a whim. What a fortunate discovery!

Courtney and Silke patiently ran us through the home buying process, walked us through how to make a competitive offer, and really helped us prepare for first time home ownership. We are so glad we went with ACME, they were great advocates to have on our side for navigating LA’s tricky buyer’s market. We made two offers during our brief search and got the house of our dreams on the second try. Their advice and professional guidance was pivotal for making that happen.

Silke was our main point of contact throughout the process and was always extremely responsive and helpful. I highly recommend any future home buyers work with Silke if you want to get into a new home quickly and smoothly.

We came across Silke at an open house we happened to go to. We loved her the moment we met her and wanted her to help us find our dream home. We worked with her for a year to find the perfect one. She listened to everything we wanted and she knew what we were looking for. She brought us so many amazing choices over the months. With each potential home, she worked hard to explore all our options right down to contractors and inspectors.

Once we finally found our dream home, she worked tirelessly with the builder and agent to make sure all our requests were heard and met. She was excellent with the negotiations. Her knowledge in the industry really helped us through the process.

In addition to our dream home, she helped us prepare and sell our current home in no time. Her photographers, stagers and marketing materials were absolutely amazing. They were extensive and beautifully done. Her attention to detail is impeccable and much appreciated. Hands down the best residential realtor I’ve ever dealt with. I would highly recommend her to any one looking to buy or sell.

We choose to work with Silke long before we actually made the decision to sell our house as she has such a refreshing and honest approach. While the LA market is super hot right now our house, just like any other, had its unique set of challenges to overcome but we were never worried. Silke walked us through every step of the process and truly went above and beyond with very hands-on management of staging, photography and repairs that needed to happen. Through the first week of incoming offers until going into escrow Silke was there to put our minds at ease and create a stress fee escrow. I think Silke's positive energy goes hand in hand with her excellent experience and work ethic. I felt as if she was in complete control and confident, where I wasn't. No problem was too big or unsolvable. And, simply said, let's get to the good stuff: thanks to Silke's skills and expertise, I had TWELVE (!) offers on my house and sold for nearly $100,000 over asking. She treated this "better than average" scenario no different than she does for all of her work. She's the best - no doubt about it. From the tips and assistance preparing our home for sale (finding A+ quality service providers at reasonable rates and supervising their work when I couldn’t be present), through the sales process, Silke went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. In a Covid environment, she kept the entire adventure safe and seamless. As we had already moved, Silke was present for every single repair, inspection, showing and final walk through- she handled EVERYTHING. Her marketing was beyond compare- truly a class act. We had 3 full price offers in a little over a month. She has my deepest respect and highest recommendation.
