SILVIA AIZPRUA

Silvia was born in New Jersey however she was raised in Ecuador. When she returned to the U. S. at age 17, she learned the language and went to college in Fort Lauderdale. She is so proud of her amazing family; 3 children who she simply loves with all her heart and have been her motivation to strive and achieve every day. She has been a Realtor since 2000 and has seen the Real Estate Market react to the economic swings in very volatile ways. She has been able to assist in many difficult situations, from helping customers remain in their homes with the Home Affordable Program, to guiding them with Short Sales and Property Management. She moved from South Florida to the Ocala area in 2006 in order to raise her family, which turned out to be a wise decision. Now with her children grown, she has returned to South Florida, continuing to work hard on behalf of her customers and their Real Estate needs. In 2019 Silvia made the decision to continue her professional education by getting her Real Estate Brokers license thus being able to provide them with most current information as the market continues to change, and that is a great feeling. As she says, "I am a simple person who loves God, loves her family and friends, and who is willing to give 100% everyday in everything I do."
