Simeon Beam

Simeon joined Senter, REALTORS in May 2020 as a Commercial REALTOR. He brings three years of commercial investment property sales experience and seven additional years of sales and client services experience to the team. He received a B.B.A. in Supply Chain Management from The University of Texas at Austin in 2011. These past experiences and learning opportunities have proven to be invaluable when he has been faced with the complex obstacles that often arise while in negotiations and under contract.

Simeon enjoys going to concerts, travelling, and hanging out in the backyard with his two Goldendoodles, Flynn and Zooey. Simeon tries to make it to Colorado each summer to summit at least one 14er per year (5 down, 48 more to go!). He is also an avid crossfitter at CrossFit Backward Arrow. Simeon was fortunate to have visited Israel in 2019, and he will certainly talk your ear off about that trip if you ask him!

Since joining the industry in 2017, Simeon has represented clients on transactions exceeding 18 million dollars in volume. He is proud to have so far earned repeat business from five of his commercial real estate investment clients. Simeon specializes in net leased investment properties, 1031 exchanges, and cash-on-cash return analysis and is here to help you with any of your commercial property needs.
