Siobhan has worked with us to buy and sell two homes and we wouldn't look for any other realtor in the triangle area; we highly recommend her to anyone. We found her through a new homes sale and liked her from the first meeting. We find her to be extremely knowledgeable of the rules, processes and problems in home buying and trust her judgement implicitly. Siobhan is a dedicated professional and is committed to working with you, even on vacation. She was away when we recently sold our home and conducted the negotiations for the offer while out of the country. She has consistently exceeded our expectations whether as buyer or seller and we highly recommend her to others in the area looking for a great realtor.

We highly recommend Siobhan as an excellent buyers and sellers realtor. We met her at a model home viewing and liked from the first conversation. Since then we have trusted her to buy and sell our first home, and then purchase another home. We find her to have excellent knowledge of the buying and selling process and trust her recommendations. Her knowledge of the real estate market is impeccable and her negotiation skills are wonderful. Our most memorable moment working with Siobhan was when we were selling our house and an offer came in while she was on vacation. She managed our negotiations while being our of the country. We would use Siobhan again and again, if we weren't tired of moving.
