Sissye was very easy to work with. she was on top of the whole process from start to finish. she communicated well and went out of her way to help us with out out of state house hunt. She did live video walkthroughs to help us weed out the houses that looked good on paper but not so good in person. Without her help we would still be looking. I cant thank her enough

Sissye was fantastic!! She worked endlessly with my husband and I to find our first home and dream home! She was absolutely wonderful to work with! She answered questions for us that we didn’t know the answer to and questions we didn’t even know to ask!

For any realty needs we might have in the future we will be looking forward to working with her again. Also we will definitely suggest her to any friends or family looking for a realtor!

Sissye was amazing! We are a military family who were moving from Alaska to Mississippi with no knowledge of the area. Sissye asked us a bunch of questions to find what we were looking for and helped us out a ton while we were in the process of moving. Mostly electronic at first until we got to MS. We met face to face and toured around multiple homes soon after getting here. She made great recommendations for home loan programs for veterans that we took into account and went with. Sissye is made the transition here a smooth one and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy, especially military families.

We first started working with Sissye in early 2018. We had just moved here from Waco, TX and were living in our motorhome. We started out by looking for "Fixer-Uppers". Sissye was so patient it was amazing. Over roughly 18 months Sissye showed us from 25 to 30 different houses. I thought I had a pretty good eye, but Sissye made me look like I needed a 'red' cane. She is adept at spotting cracks in brick walls and even the tiniest cracks in sheet rock. Eventually we found a brand new house that we just had to have. Sissye once again Shined. She drafted our offer, helped negotiate and then closed the deal. We are extremely happy with our new home and if we ever buy another property in the Madison area, Sissye will be our agent. Of course, if we buy another home here she'll have to sell the one we're in now.

I HIGHLY recommend Sissye! She was a blessing to us! We were unsure as to what we really wanted but she was willing to help in every way finding our forever home! She showed us multiple homes and was able to answer every question we asked about each one! Most of the time our kids were viewing homes with us and she treated our kids with such kindness as she did us as well. She went over and beyond multiple times for us on getting us a home. She was available anytime I had questions. We enjoyed working with her and will most definitely be using her again if we need another realtor in our future!!!
