Smith Burke

Smith Burke joined Corcoran Reverie in 2020 after years of assisting clients with another local luxury brokerage. Known for his impeccable customer service, negotiating skills, and investment focused approach, Smith works tirelessly to make both selling and purchasing along the Emerald Coast easy, fun, and stress-free for his clients.


Smith grew up in Richmond, Virginia and is a graduate of St. Christopher's School. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston in South Carolina and a Master’s degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Smith's wife is a native of the area, and after years of living in the city and flying to Florida every chance they got, the two decided to make 30A their permanent home in 2016.


Smith has forged lasting relationships with his clients, and considers it an honor and privilege to be able to share his passion for the local 30A lifestyle with them, while professionally representing them in all aspects of real estate transactions.
