The Sofia Ellis Team did an Outstanding job of selling our condominium! We were concerned that rising interest rates would make it hard to find a buyer, but Sofia assured us that we could get the unit sold. She beautifully staged the condo and created a professional online video presentation. Within three days of the listing we had a full price buyer!
