Absolutely AMAZING to work with. Sohe went above and beyond to help my family find a home. Since we are an out of state military family - we were not able to travel to see houses in person. Sohe not only video toured every home we sent her but made sure to cover every nook and cranny of each home to make it feel as if we were there seeing it for ourselves. Sohe was beyond reliable, professional, responsive and most importantly treated us with the utmost care and respect. I would 10/10 recommend Sohe to any friend or family member and trust her with all our real estate needs.

I came in contact with Sohe back in 2021. We talked about what I needed to work on as far as first time home buyer. In March 2022 we got everything going and started looking into houses. A month later found our dream home for me and my family. I must say that Sohe made the process very smooth with great communication throughout the whole process.She Always kept on top of everything, reaching out with updates, questions, concerns we had. Great personality, very peoples person and honestly felt like I’ve known her forever. Definitely keeping in contact with her as far as any real estate questions I have in the future. They were very responsive to all our communications, and when our first property didn’t work out, they were super supportive in encouraging us to get back looking, and we found something even better! I've been working with Sohe and her team for about a month and a half and in that short period of time they have gone above and beyond in this house hunting process. Anything I need they get back to me in a timely manner, any accommodations I need for them to make for us they make it happen. From my first meeting with them I just knew that they were going to make this journey so much smoother for us and they did just that. Sohe helped me purchase my home and she was able to meet my needs and help me to move very quickly. When I began working with Sohe I was previously working with an agent that was very passive and didn't advocate for me. Sohe would look at homes with me later in the day after I would leave work, she was flexible, we would look at houses that fit what I was looking for, she was patient, and thorough, she'd even find things like water damage, signs of flooding, how old the furnaces and water heaters were at these showings, showings with Sohe were very informative. Once I found my home they moved fast getting me to closing. I couldn't wish for a better agent. Truly a warm, sweet, professional agent that will work above and beyond on your behalf. She deserves 10 stars.

I had the pleasure of having Sohe as my agent. I reached out to her just to poke around and see if I was even capable of purchasing a home. I was 25, good credit, barley started my career. I recently had an appt with Chase who had told me to wait two years to even be seen as a strong buyer. I, being impatient, reached out to Sohe for a second opinion & it was the best decision I ever made.

With no hesitation, she quickly set up a meeting to meet with her and her team. Where they built my profile of likes and dislikes, budgeting, areas of interest, etc. She quickly started sending me links to potential places & we quickly started viewing places.

Sohe most definitely showed determination and characteristics of someone who is dedicated to not just her job but to her clients and their feelings. She gave me the honest truths, she didn’t try to just sell me a house but was passionate about finding me a new home. She cares for her clients. Reaching out to see how I felt about the entire process, making sure I had all questions answered, educating me on what to look for when buying a condo (inspect building, reserved fees, HOA, special assessments, etc) and always asking if I needed help in any way. She recommended a loan officer, inspector, and attorney to me (since I had no one). They were all wonderful! They all had genuine connections that made being apart of her team special- inspector guy even helped tighten all the loosened screws on the rails. Inspector told Sohe about condensation in fridge (fridge should not be turned off with closed doors) and Sohe immediately cleaned it. BROWNIE POINTS THERE!

I had found my perfect home in the middle of the night & she immediately got me a showing the very next morning (I had to work but I sent my bf & brother to see it) and we made an instant offer, it was the perfect place. She then arranged for me to see the home later that evening after I got off of work at 8pm. Sohe willingly worked after hours and that made me appreciate her even more.

If there was something she couldn’t answer, she will direct you to someone who did. And if they dragged, she will keep pushing till I was given my answer. And for that, I will be forever grateful.

You will not regret working with Sohe, she thinks about you even after closing. She is the best! I will definitely be working with her again in the future!!
