I am starting my 22nd year in real estate. I love the industry and was an investor before I was a Realtor. I have owned properties for 33 years and managed them for the first 10 years. Before I worked as a Realtor I worked in the appraisal industry while I was finishing up a finance degree at ISU. Once I entered the business I rose to the top quickly and became a top producer at my first brokerage. I worked with relocation companies, clients and businesses relocating to Idaho. I have been a Dave Ramsey preferred agent. I served as the secretary/treasurer of our local association for 2 years. Over the years I have taught classes at my current brokerage, teaching new agents to work with buyers and sellers. I have worked thru the ups and downs of the markets. A Realtors job is to bring buyers and sellers together. Helping my clients buy and sell real estate brings me joy, especially when they walk into a home and light up because they know this is the house.
