Sonia has been helping us with renting my mother in laws house in Cerritos first in 2021 and this month after a remodel of the house. She has been extremely responsive and has been instrumental in finding good tenants. Repairs to the house have been handled quickly and she has made it an easy painless process.

I couldn't be any happier with the services Sonia provided and the work that she did helping us out. From the first meeting she was knowledgeable about the area and how the market was doing, what we should be able to get for our location as well as pieces that may need to be resolved prior. Sonia was patient with us and answered all our questions from start to finish. When looking for prospective people, she gave us all the options and offered input on them and any questions we had as well. Everything from start to finish was super smooth and really couldn't have had a better experience.

Sonia came through in the clutch for our family. It was 4th quarter with 10 seconds left on the clock. My family needed a place to stay we were looking for about a week with no luck. She called to show us a home after a exhausting day of looking at homes with no luck. My wife and I went to see the home and we loved it. We needed the home because I started work in the next few days.

We were able to get the home in time to get settled for work and life.

Sonia was an excellent agent! We were really fortunate to find her. She works hard, is very responsive, and stays involved in the whole process. We corresponded by phone and text. She always replied immediately no matter what time of day it was.

We could not decide if we wanted to rent out our house or not and told Sonia this. She let us decide and was not pushy. As soon as we told her we wanted to find a tenant, she brought one to us within in a couple of hours. Amazing!

I would highly recommend her and would not hesitate using her again!!

Sonia came to help by somewhat by accident. I was calling on a rental she was listed for but it was already taken. She then offered her assistance to help me find the perfect home for my family. Along with providing a very helpful app, she answered every text, every call and shown me every house she could. If there was one outside her access, she was still able to provide great "insider" information. She was even able to save me from a scammer. Thankfully with Sonia's help, my family has found a great place we get to call home, along with what seems to be a great landlord. I look forward to working with her again, should the need arise and highly recommend her down to earth, funny, and positive personality and great work ethic.

I am very pleased working with Sonia. We found her to be very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional that made everything look so easy and hassle-free. She answered all our questions, addressed our concerns, and assisted us in making decisions. She was quick to respond and was always on top of things. We needed assistance in leasing our property in Rancho Cucamonga. I meet Sonia on April 24. We signed the Listing agreement on April 25. She prepared the property for presentation and photoshoot on April 26. The property went on the market on April 27. Within one week she presented three qualified candidates. I would like to share my experience with Sonia when she represented us in leasing a house. From the very beginning Sonia replied to a question about the property I was interested in. She was very flexible in her ability to meet with me every time I needed to go to inspect the property. During the process, a few issues came up with the person representing the owner of the property but Sonia was instrumental in communication our issues to the other party. Her assistance was very much appreciated and was a great help to getting us into the home we will be living in of our choice. We were very happy with Sonia's assistance.
