Sonya has been spectacular to work with. She is able to "think outside the box" when putting a deal together. As an investor things aren't always cut and dry for the buyer or seller and you need someone who can help pull all that together. Having multiple deals going at one time, Sonya kept track of all our timelines to preserve our deposits and keep things moving. She is also imbedded in the community with many local contacts to facilitate moving things along. I have interviewed multiple other realtors who just did not get the concept of repeat business with an investor. If it's your first home and you need someone to guide you through the contracts, Sonya will do that as well. Highly recommend Fowler Revell Real Estate Company.

Tireless. Sonya is the only realtor I will ever use. She’s available at all hours (I don’t think she sleeps), is always ready to show a new property, knows exactly what is coming available and will advocate for your offer relentlessly. She found us the perfect house in a very competitive market. We have sold several properties with her too and she got us more than we expected. Her use of technology makes everything super easy and convenient. She will talk through everything with you at length and knows the County inside and out. Even when we were working on small deals that probably weren’t too lucrative for her, she treated us like her top priority. Do yourself a favor and give her a call - she will hustle for you to get the job done.

Can't say enough about how honest, helpful, straightforward, low pressure and friendly Sonya Fowler was. She made selling my property in Sopchoppy, Florida easy and even enjoyable - which are two things one doesn't usually associate with complicated, sometimes lengthy transactions like this . I cannot recommend her highly enough. I would go to her immediately for any other real estate needs and will recommend her to a friend who is looking to buy in North Florida.

Sonya is the best realtor I have ever found. She follows up on her promises and her word is solid. She sold my place in 2 weeks of being online, after spending months with a different realtor who did nothing.

We closed a few days ago. I had the home that was close to unsellable because people couldn’t picture themselves there. Sonya did a virtual staging. When you looked, online, the place looked phenomenal. It allowed potential buyers to see furniture placement, so when they visited, they already had a vision. I cannot express my degree of appreciation for a job well done.

Sonya Fowler is a great Realtor/Broker Associate. She’s knowledgeable and dedicated. When I decided to put my house up for sale in March 2020, she had it on the market in no time. She kept me informed and was a tremendous help with a few small things I needed to do to ensure my house was ready to be sold. I also really appreciated Sonya’s professionalism because I live seven hours away from where my house was. Sonya is trustworthy and quick to respond. An offer was made on the house in about a month’s time of being put on the market, and closed not long after. I’m grateful to Sonya. She has an amazing personality and a top notch work ethic.

Sonya went above and beyond in helping Nancy and I find a house in Wakulla County. We were in town for a short, two-day trip and we called her in the morning of the first day. By that afternoon she had three houses for us to see. We liked the first one and Sonya helped us every step of the way until final closing.
