About SOPHIA

Born & raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Sophia moved to Louisiana in 2004, just in time for Hurricanes Katrina and Rita! Having experienced first-hand the way that Louisianans come together during difficult times, witnessing the "I've got your back" attitude among neighbors, friends and even complete strangers...well, who wouldn't fall in love with this place? She considers herself extremely lucky to be a part of this community, to have been accepted and embraced by so many natives, and she absolutely love Southwest Louisiana. She also loves selling real estate. She has met hundreds and hundreds of wonderful and interesting people during her real estate career here in Louisiana, and dozens of them are people that, today, she considers to be among her closest friends. It's the real relationships that are built during a real estate transaction...that mutual trust that must exist between agent and client...that she loves the most. She also enjoys The Art of the Deal, also known as a well-done real estate transaction. Her strong suit is that she always does her homework, and always make sure that her clients are as educated about a property and the market as they can possibly be before proceeding with a transaction. She always wants to know the "back story" (what is motivating the seller and/or buyer? why is the property being sold? what is the ownership history of this property? how is the market in this area trending?, etc...) of any given property so that her clients can use that information to make the best decisions.
