Soraida was very responsive via either phone or email and was able to setup home tours on short notice, including on weekends and outside normal business hours. She was always professional and I never felt like I was being pushed to overlook issues when considering a home.

In addition she went above and beyond normal realtor duties by looking up possible solutions to issues found during home inspection, and even got my car out when I managed to get it stuck in a snowy driveway!

The only shortcoming I could think of is I didn't get any suggestions for other listings that could fit my needs and budget, but that wasn't a big deal because the house I ended up going with was one of the first ones I found on Zillow and the first one I toured.

Overall I would highly recommend Soraida as a buyer's agent for anyone looking for a professional, hassle-free home buying experience.
