After a decade in Residential Real Estate, Sorangel is now also working with developers and investors in Commercial Real Estate, and Real Estate Investments, and leads the new Fersobe Team, who specializes in both residential and commercial real estate in all of Manhattan. She feels at home from Battery Park, to Inwood, with a focus in the residential market in Midtown East/Sutton Place area where she lives, and in the Commercial Division, she has found a niche, in off-market hotel sales in New York, and globally.
With a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Sorangel has worked as an Art Director in the film industry for over 20 years. Having worked with many high-caliber actors and directors such as Andy Garcia, Juliana Margolis, Bill Murray, Dustin Hoffman, Michael Mann to name a few, designing and scheduling the entire art department of films, has given Ms. Fersobe an enormous thrive for excellence now redirected to the real estate business.
An enthusiastic, practical and extremely efficient professional, she brings warmth to the numbers-oriented sales in Commercial Real Estate, making the buying and selling process a smooth one, and at the same time, a serene experience with her unique mix of Middle Eastern business savvy and Caribbean charm.
Born and raised in the welcoming island of the Dominican Republic, and with a natural vein for hospitality, she provides her clients with a dedicated and attentive service. In her spare time, she enjoys decorating and designing, as well as golfing and sailing. Sorangel is fluent in Spanish and can communicate in French. In addition, she is an active member of the United Scenic Artists (IATSE USA 829), the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and the National Association of Realtors®. Sorangel holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from HULT International Business School, and is currently the President of the HULT Alumni New York City Chapter.
