Soraya is our hero! We've worked with Soraya several times and she has been the best realtor in both the buying and selling process.
We were first time home buyers and she taught us what to look for and consider when we visited each property. Other than being extremely knowledgeable, Soraya was so easy to work with and had such a great attitude every time we met.
When it came time to sell our property, Soraya had great resources and was incredible at pulling things together under a tight timeline. We had rented our property for some time and were no longer in the area, but Soraya made the whole selling process simple for us. Within a week, she was able to get it cleaned up and ready to go on the market. She is our hero for selling in it record time above asking price!
Whoever works with Soraya is in very good hands. We fully recommend her for anyone looking for an amazing realtor!

Soraya is hands-down the best real estate agent I've ever worked with -- and I used to be a licensed agent myself so I know what I'm talking about! Soraya helped us sell 2 personal homes and purchase a personal home. Most recently she was able to sell our Walnut Creek home for the highest sales price ever in the city. She also represented us on the purchase and sale of many investment "flip" properties and has always secured sales prices over ask amount. She is incredibly professional, on top of every detail and has excellent relationships with other agents and lenders which has been helpful to us on several occasions. She works tirelessly for her clients and invests a lot in her marketing. I would never use another agent and give her my highest recommendation. Stop looking for an agent now and hire Soraya!

Working with Soraya was such a pleasure! She made the home-buying process much easier than it would have been without her help. She was there for us when we were feeling hopeless and also there to guide us in the right direction when we got excited about a property. Our young daughter loved our visits with Soraya too! Soraya made sure she wouldn't get bored while house hunting.
Apart from her expertise in the house buying process, Soraya had invaluable insights about each house that we visited including information about the neighborhood, the house structure, and the details of the interior. Soraya is the best. We were looking for a house during 2021-2022 which was a challenging time to be a buyer. She was patient with us for the entire 18 months. She never pushed us to overbid or into the wrong house - she had our best interests at heart. She also made time to understand our requirements so that when our dream home came up, she knew! Soraya helped us purchase an investment property in Walnut Creek. She knew the market, was professional, helped us through all the nuances of buying in the California market. We kept the property for seven years and had great yield over the hold period and a double digit IRR. When we came to sell it, we asked Soraya to list for us as well. She knew the market inside and out, helped us upgrade the property and even hired most of the subcontractors. She is a gem among brokers in this market. My husband and I have worked with other brokers across the US, bu the service and professionalism that Soraya provides is one of a kind. She is also a true gem as a human being.
