Spencer Chan is an Senior Analyst and licensed agent with the Glaser Group at Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate, where he specializes in commercial multifamily asset acquisitions and dispositions within the Los Angeles submarket. Spencer brings his industry knowledge to best assist clients with their investment goals, and kindles lasting relationships that revolve around transparency, honesty, and integrity. After graduating from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, he further completed his certificate for Real Estate Investment and Finance from UCLA. Since then, Spencer joined the Glaser Group and continues to leverage his determined work ethic and problem-solving nature to guide his clients in reaching their investment goals through strategic financial modeling, market expertise, and consistent attention to detail. Spencer has represented and assisted in closing over 40 transactions totaling over $100M in value over the past 24 months.

Spencer was born and raised in the Bay Area in Piedmont where he regularly visits his parents who still live there
