An absolute ROCKSTAR!! Spencer made selling a property from across the country extremely pain free! From coordinating with contractors on work that needed to be done, to shoveling and collecting leaves. There is NOTHING he won’t do in order to get you top dollar for your property! Sold for $15k over asking. Enough said.. thank you Spencer!!

Spencer is a very hard working agent and has excellent availability. He has great knowledge of house construction and the real estate process to help with any questions or concerns you might have. Buying or selling a house can sometimes be stressful but with Spencer as your agent you can be at ease. He really knows the business and has connections to people that are there to help out if needed. Spencer has helped me with multiple houses dating back to 2015. He really has helped us out a lot and we really appreciate everything he has done. I can’t say enough good stuff about Spencer. If you are looking to buy or sell your house Spencer is who you want as your agent. He really goes above and beyond for his clients.
Spencer is not afraid to put some work boots on and get a little dirty either. Spencer was there during times when we couldn’t be at the house to meet contractors for services we might need and even shoveled snow to access houses. Spencer is there even after you close on the house. It’s the little things that mean the most and Spencer really treats you like you’re his family.

I worked with Spencer in the Worcester area and Spencer was very knowledgeable and experienced when it came to the area. We looked at quite a few houses and it didn't matter the time of day or weekend, Spencer was ready to go out there when you needed to go. Spencer made this process unbelievably easy - as a first time homebuyer, I was admittedly anxious but was instantly confident he knew exactly what to do to make sure everything went smoothly and I got into my home without issue. There are not enough word to describe the realtor you get when you work with Spencer. From the very first meeting where he asked about our wants, needs, and family life, making sure he knew what we were looking for, to the viewings where he strategically set appointments and met us at every place we were interested in, he has gone above and beyond what we ever expected in a realtor. We are first time home buyers, so we are probably those annoying and paranoid clients that nobody wants, but not Spencer. He took the time to explain different things he saw in each house-the good, bad, and ugly, and he pointed out things we would never have thought to look for. He guided us on how to make an offer and continued to spend his Sunday nights doing paperwork when we were beat out on offer after offer. We started to get defeated, but Spencer kept us going. His work ethic and dedication are truly remarkable and his professional connections make him a great asset, as you can tell how the people in his industry respect him. We have been blown away by Spencer and how lucky we were to get such a caring, determined, dedicated agent on our side. We have already recommended him to family and friends.
