Spencer was exceptional! As first time buyers we came into this process with no prior knowledge. Spencer clearly explained the process and options at every step of the way. At each showing, he was able to answer all of our questions in great detail. His experience was evident as he pointed out very detailed differences between houses based on the year they were built, material, location, etc. Another perk of his experience is that he was able to help provide visions for each property that we visited. Throughout the process, we never had to wait on Spencer and he was always preparing for the next step.
